Liability

BlueVector Range provides professional education services and simulated laboratory environments. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, the company limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of materials outside their intended instructional context. Nothing in these terms removes liability that cannot legally be limited, including in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence as determined by competent courts in Seoul. Participants acknowledge that instructional scenarios are synthetic and must not be treated as operational guarantees for any production environment. Where a provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

User obligations

You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep credentials confidential, and to refrain from attempting to disrupt laboratory systems, harvest data belonging to other cohorts, or introduce unauthorized code. You must comply with applicable export, sanctions, and workplace policies communicated at enrollment. You may not resell access tokens, redistribute mentor materials without written permission, or misrepresent affiliation with BlueVector Range. If you attend on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to payment and conduct obligations described in your order documentation. Violations may result in removal from sessions without refund where permitted under the Cancellation Policy.

Termination

Either party may terminate enrollment for material breach after written notice and a reasonable cure period where cure is feasible. BlueVector Range may suspend access immediately for security incidents, abusive conduct toward staff or participants, or credible misuse of instructional artifacts. Upon termination, your obligation to pay fees already incurred survives where services were delivered. Sections addressing confidentiality of cohort materials, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination. Termination notices should be sent to the contact email listed in these documents and should include cohort identifiers to expedite handling.

Intellectual property

Curriculum text, scenario narratives, rubrics, and visual assets remain the property of BlueVector Range or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal learning during the enrollment period unless a broader license is expressly signed. You may not publicly republish scenario details in a manner that would impair future cohort experience. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve services without obligation of payment unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Third-party trademarks mentioned in scenarios belong to their owners and are used descriptively for instructional realism.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith escalation to the contact email. If not resolved within thirty days, parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Seoul, except where mandatory consumer protections require a different venue for individual consumers residing in Korea. You may have additional rights under Korean consumer law that are not waived where waiver is prohibited. BlueVector Range will cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and external reviewers as required.

Acceptance and service description

By accessing the website, registering for a cohort, or signing an enterprise order form, you acknowledge that you have read these General Terms, the Data Protection overview, Cookie Settings, and Cancellation Policy where applicable. If you do not agree, you must not use paid services or restricted materials. Enterprise customers may execute an order form that supplements these terms; in case of conflict, the order form controls for commercial items only while baseline conduct rules herein remain in effect. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes except where prior written objection is required by law. Services include scheduled instructor-led sessions, access to hosted simulation environments for defined periods, mentor feedback within published windows, and downloadable templates expressly marked for retention. Unless a written statement of work specifies otherwise, BlueVector Range does not provide managed detection, on-site staffing, or bespoke software development as part of standard courseware. Service levels for response times are described per offering and may differ between public cohorts and private deliveries. Feature roadmaps communicated verbally are aspirational and not binding commitments.
