Eligibility

Consumers purchasing directly from BlueVector Range for personal participation may cancel within fourteen days of purchase without giving reasons, provided services have not yet been substantially delivered as defined below. Enterprise procurements follow the cancellation clauses in signed order forms, which may differ where negotiation has occurred. Promotional or scholarship seats may carry additional restrictions disclosed at offer acceptance. If you transferred your seat to another participant with our written approval, the original purchaser’s cancellation window may be considered closed once transfer completes.

Scope

This Cancellation Policy covers tuition-style fees for cohorts, workshops, and bundled mentor packages sold by BlueVector Range. Third-party travel, venue fees charged by hotels, or software licenses purchased separately from vendors are outside our refund scope though we will provide reasonable assistance with documentation. Partial refunds may apply when only a segment of a bundle cannot be delivered due to force majeure. Taxes collected and remitted on your behalf follow statutory rules and may be credited separately by authorities.

Timeframe

Written cancellation requests must be received before the cohort access window opens to qualify for full refund of prepaid amounts eligible under law. After access is granted, refunds may be partial to reflect consumed mentor hours, lab capacity reserved, or downloadable assets already released. Enterprise customers should observe notice windows in their contracts, often thirty or sixty days for private deliveries. We acknowledge processing timelines required by Korean consumer regulations and will not impose unreasonable delays once eligibility is confirmed.

Send cancellation requests to [email protected] with subject “Cancellation Policy” and include order reference, participant name, and cohort code. For enterprise accounts, copying your procurement contact speeds verification. We will confirm receipt within three business days under normal volumes. If you dispute a partial refund calculation, provide factual details so our accounting team can reconcile mentor logs and access timestamps. Escalations unresolved through customer success may proceed under the dispute section of the General Terms.

Process

Upon approval, refunds are initiated to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise an electronic transfer to an account you designate may be requested with documentation as permitted by anti-fraud policies. Processing may take up to fourteen business days depending on payment networks. You will receive an email summary of amounts and reasons. If fees are non-refundable due to late cancellation, we will explain the consumed components. Seat changes to a later cohort, when offered, count as an alternative remedy and may waive cash refunds by mutual written agreement.

Exceptions

No refund is owed where a participant is removed for breach of conduct rules after services began. Custom content already delivered under a statement of work may be non-recoverable if expressly labeled non-refundable at signing. Force majeure events may obligate rescheduling instead of refunds; if rescheduling is declined by the customer after a good-faith alternative date, a credit memo may be issued instead of cash where permitted.
